Virtual Urgent Care
NewYork-Presbyterian was breaking into the telehealth scene with a suite of services patients could access digitally. This was big new for the hospital, but patients were still confused about the whole concept of telehealth - how does it work? What can I treat? And most importantly, why should I see a virtually rather than seeing one in person? We answered those questions with a campaign that promoted the NewYork-Presbyterian app and its On Demand Virtual Urgent Care service, meshing the cheeky brand voice with the need-to-know details of a brand new service.
