NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital needed to promote their new suite of telehealth services on the NYP app. Problem is, most patients don’t know how important it is to seek out a second opinion when you’re unsure about a diagnosis, or how easy it is to get a second opinion digitally. We brought patient stories to life in print and digital video to educate and empower our consumers.
